In the picturesque Val Gardena Valley, known for its rich cultural heritage and traditional craftsmanship, our family business Hermann Bernardi has been creating original wood carvings with dedication and precision since 1960.
Our specialty includes detailed nativity figures that make every Christmas season special. In addition, we produce a variety of sacred artworks, including expressive figures of saints, heavenly angels, and impressive Madonnas and crucifixes.
Besides these traditional motifs, we also offer a selection of secular figures that are appreciated as decorative art objects by many customers. Our range also includes hand-carved wooden jewellery, such as earrings and necklaces, adorned with exclusive Swarovski crystals that perfectly combine elegance and naturalness.

In our production site in Ortisei in Val Gardena, we have set up an impressive nativity scene exhibition on 50 square meters. Here we present a fascinating nativity landscape that you can visit and admire free of charge throughout the year.
